Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support to the Booking Department and handle show settlements
Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including artist representatives and venues
Process artist contracts, deposits, and insurance certificates as needed


Required Qualifications

Experience in the music industry or talent agency preferred
Familiarity with systems such as Ticketmaster and SalesForce is a plus
Proficient typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
