The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of our architectural projects, ensuring the highest quality of design and construction. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the architectural team to ensure the delivery of high-quality design and construction.
  • Develop strategic plans for architectural projects, including determining scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee the creation of construction documents, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other department heads and stakeholders to ensure architectural projects align with company goals and client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating architectural designs and plans.
  • Foster a positive and innovative work environment, mentoring junior staff and encouraging continuous learning and development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in architectural technology and methodology.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and legal regulations.Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on managing architectural projects.
    • Must be a licensed architect.
    • Extensive knowledge of construction documents and their application in architectural projects.
    • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans for architectural projects.
    • Proficiency in architectural software and technology.
    • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to legal regulations.
    • A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
