In this role, you will serve our guests by making/serving smoothies, sharing product and health knowledge, engaging, and creating wonderful customer experiences.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operating blenders, serving, and selling healthy juices and smoothies
• Sharing nutritional knowledge with customers
• Ensuring Loss Prevention and overseeing inventory discrepancies and stock levels
• Developing strong relationships with the community
• Scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, and developing associates
• Handling store operations and accounting (documentation, reporting, depositing)
• Verifying and approving employee hoursQualifications and Skills:
  • Experience operating a POS system
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
  • Good attention to details
