What You'll Do

• As a senior platform engineer in the Windows OS squad, you will be a subject matter expert in various technologies and processes related to enterprise client computing.
  • You'll develop scripts and automation workflows to improve system performance, reduce manual tasks, and enhance endpoint management
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and tools for Windows client systems.
  • Assist in the delivery of new technologies that support and delight the workforce.
  • Implement robust Windows client solutions that integrate with enterprise environments (Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, etc.). What You'll Bring
    • Expertise with modern Microsoft management solutions, e.g. Intune, Azure, Entra
    • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and languages such as C#, .NET, and other industry standard languages
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, particularly in endpoint management and application deployment.
    • Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues and create tailored solutions for enterprise environments.
    • Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving performance issues in complex, distributed systems.
    • Deliver informative, well-organized demonstrations and data analysis.
    • Provide support for ad-hoc analysis requests. Who You'll Work With You will work with team members globally supporting BCG's user community. - Flexible work hours will be required. - -
