Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and process medical claims, providing timely resolutions for clients and patients
Train, coach, and mentor Medical Billers while leading by example to achieve team goals
Act as a point of escalation for Medical Billers regarding policies and procedures



Required Qualifications

HIPAA certified
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing
Medical Billing and Coding Certification required
Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
