Key Responsibilities

Develop Standard Operating Procedures and track methodologies while managing team accountability and productivity
Provide coaching and feedback to team members, facilitating meetings to review complex claims and ensure risk management
Act as a liaison between the Care Management team and other departments, promoting teamwork and recommending process improvements



Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, social work/nursing, or a related field
Ability to understand and interpret insurance contracts and long-term care benefits
Experience in understanding disease progression and recovery expectations
Knowledge of medical conditions common in aging and their effects on physical/cognitive function
Preferred graduate degree or training in gerontology/geriatrics, and current licensed health care practitioner status More...
