Key Responsibilities

Guide and support the Digital Engagement team, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
Manage vendor and product relationships to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Customer Success or Customer Experience program implementation and management experience
3+ years of people management experience in a customer service-focused organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience utilizing, configuring, and optimizing Pendo within a SaaS company
