Key Responsibilities

Execute medium to large projects as a liaison among various stakeholders to facilitate business needs and requirements
Document requirements and conduct impact analysis, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions
Lead root cause analyses and recommend solutions while managing requirements traceability to project objectives


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology) with 10+ years of experience in Health Care BI analysis or a higher degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in implementing BI enterprise-scale data models and analytical systems
Strong background in IT business processes and practices
