Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes


Required Qualifications:

Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call centers
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
Critical thinking skills and basic math and writing abilities
Dependability and ability to deescalate adverse situations
