Key Responsibilities

Assist Records Manager in identifying process improvement opportunities for information retention
Monitor business initiatives to assess their impact on records management requirements
Ensure accuracy of data entry, storage, and destruction within the records database


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required
4 to 7 years of equivalent work experience in an active records environment is preferred
Prior experience in a Healthcare Facility is a plus
Thorough knowledge of retention guidelines and relevant information management technology
