A company is looking for a Lease Admin Analyst responsible for conducting reconciliations and managing lease administration tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements to verify charges follow lease clauses
Perform audits for lease administration clients and prepare reports of findings
Assist with CAM reconciliations and review contracts to identify fees accurately


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
Experience analyzing information and standard practices for decision-making
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
