A company is looking for a Technical Platform Engineer (ECSA) to support core functions of the health system's EHR platform.



Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 on-call coverage and second-tier support for application incidents
Maintain high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems
Collaborate with technical teams and assist in the implementation of software and hardware upgrades


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Must obtain Epic certification in relevant module(s) within 3 months of employment
At least 5 years of experience in Windows, Unix, IIS, or Database administration
4+ years of experience in Epic Server Systems or Epic Client Systems administration preferred
