Key Responsibilities

Develop and write technical proposals for Oracle HCM, ERP, and EPM solutions
Coordinate with project management and technical teams to gather and validate requirements
Provide pre-sales support and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field
15+ years in technology delivery with experience in Oracle SaaS solutions
Proficiency in developing technical proposal documents
Experience with Microsoft Office products and publishing software
