Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex customer and partner contracts
Support global sales, channel, and customer success teams in managing contracting and dispute processes

Required Qualifications:

Fully qualified lawyer or similar qualification
8+ years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably in technology
