Key Responsibilities

Prepare for and attend client kickoff calls to discuss integration and rostering requirements
Identify, document, and resolve integration errors while providing ongoing support to clients
Maintain and update documentation on integration processes and manage integration tickets in Jira


Qualifications

Familiarity with the management of SIS platforms, data integration tools, and SaaS technologies
Experience with data transformation tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Javascript, Typescript)
Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Slack, and Confluence
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
