Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Manage scheduling and patient access to clinical services across multiple specialties
Ensure administrative and financial preparation of patients prior to their visits



Required Qualifications

One year of experience in a medical office setting with direct patient contact, or one and a half years in a high-volume public contact role with six months in a medical office
Thorough knowledge of PAS policies and procedures
Demonstrated advanced PAS user skills and knowledge of integrated care
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing and online scheduling
