Key Responsibilities

Execute the consulting division's strategic plans and align them with the overall business strategy
Lead consulting sales across all payers in the United States, managing a multi-million-dollar annual sales quota
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to identify expansion opportunities and drive successful engagements


Required Qualifications

Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
8+ years of consulting experience in the healthcare payer landscape, preferably at the VP and/or C-suite level
Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar new business quota and client retention goals
Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care models
