Key Responsibilities

Coordinates schedules and communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Develops progress reports and tracks data using web-based project management tools
Assists in contract administration and manages Client Supplied Material (CSM)


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Proficiency in computer operations and project management software
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and governmental regulations
