A company is looking for a Bilingual IT Support Analyst (contract) to provide technical customer service support remotely across Canada.
Key Responsibilities

Triage and prioritize support tickets, investigate and resolve incidents related to IT services
Support IT on and off boarding procedures and manage inventory related to staff transitions
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address end-user security issues and training

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in customer service or technology service/help desk roles
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suites
Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, networking, and telecommunication systems
