We are looking for an Eyewear Consultant with a positive attitude and eagerness to join our outstanding, family-oriented team providing the same excellent care. This is a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate to use their optical knowledge and passion to care for and help patients with their vision needs.

Responsibilities:



Assist patients with selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences.
Frame and lens selection.
Reviewing Rx's and doctor's recommendations with patients
Measuring and specifying frame and lens orders
Tracing frames
Eyewear repairs and adjustments
Post-dispense follow-up and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Problem-solving for patients having challenges with their eyewear.
Verifying lens orders as they arrive to ensure they are correct for the patient.
Maintaining the cleanliness of optical displays and merchandise
Learn all facets of patient reception and vision care to provide backup to the team when necessary.





Qualifications:



Familiarity with optometry or medical office protocols is an asset but not necessary.
Familiarity with lenses, tints, coatings, sunglasses, and frames is an asset but not necessary.
Strong ability to function on multiple tracks at the same time.
Self-starter with the willingness to move things forward in a professional manner.
Sales experience
Team player who is willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience.
