A company is looking for a Festival Support position to assist in the setup, operation, and teardown of festivals while ensuring a positive customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

Transport and manage supplies and volunteers during festival setup and teardown
Support the Festival Lead and Branding Lead with inventory and maintenance of materials
Oversee festival challenges and serve as the event day point of contact for teams


Required Qualifications

Able to spend long hours standing and walking
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Experience operating machinery or willingness to learn
Comfortable traveling 115 days or more during the year
