Research and communicate with preceptors to set expectations and provide updates

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
2+ years experience in higher education or social work
Customer service experience in a metrics-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
