This is a full-time role that's perfect for someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and being part of a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated and set up for success. Plan and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring they are organized and effective. Coordinate all arrangements for employees' first day, creating a welcoming and well-prepared environment. Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and communication throughout the onboarding process. Finalize job descriptions and ensure they are up to date. Manage job postings and requisitions. Assist with candidate screenings. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team as needed.Qualifications: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Minimum of years of HR administrative experience. Proficient in using Mac systems. Strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Compensation: $30-$34 per hour based on experience.Alpha Inc. Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
