• Compensation: Base salary of $250,000 for the 3-year agreement + the possibility of additional incentives based on work RVU.
• Benefits: - Bonuses include a sign-on of $25,000 and relocation of $20,000- Professional liability insurance (coverage of $1M/$5M - paid by Ali'i Health Center- 20 days of PTO, 3 sick days, and 10 paid holidays per year- Up to 10 days paid CME leave per year with up to $5,000/reimbursement. - Individual Health Insurance, Life Insurance, short-term disability, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, and Legal Shield- FSA Spending Acct.- Option to purchase dependent family coverage- 401a/403b/457b retirement plans with Ali'I Health Center contributions of 3% of your gross earnings.- Loan repayment opportunities.
