Pay: $14/hour plus competitive comp plan (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses)!
Schedule: Hours range from 7am to 8pm (shifts are typically 7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm -8pm), rotating shifts, 5 days per week, must be flexible/open to working on weekends.We make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.               • Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service. -
                • Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations. -
                  • Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. -
                    • Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. -
                      • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.------ - -Guest Experience and Company Standards: -
                        • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. -
                          • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. -
                            • Contribute to team goals. -
                              • Always follow company policies and safety procedures. - - -To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage: - -
                                • Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. - -
                                  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. -
                                    • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. - -
                                      • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. -
