We are excited to offer positions with our Mekiko Team.----You will learn the Mekiko style of food preparation.
We pay a high hourly rate based on experience and offer additional service fee tip sharing paid out in your weekly check.
The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple Positions
Skills to Make the Grade - Multi-tasking, following recipes to create delicious dishes
Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
  
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
  
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
  
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
  
  
  Job Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age, any culinary education is a plus! Good knife skills, knowledge of meat and fish prep.
  Perform the Physical Demands - Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high-temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
  Prefer kitchen experience of 6 months minimum.
  Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.--
  Pays up to $20 per hour
