They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Sr. Account Executive-OCONUS-PACRIM -on our Federal Direct Sales Team in Hawaii.What you'll achieveAs a Sr. Account Executive, you will oversee sales, support, and management of Dell Technologies solutions at locations throughout the Pacific Rim theater. These include but are not limited to, INDOPACOM, PACFLT, PACAF, and -MARFORPAC. You will develop and maintain senior-level relationships with Military and Civilian employees. You will also develop relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and the Federal System Integrators (FSIs) in support of US Military programs.You will: - Develop an understanding of customers' business and solution requirements; customers include Army, Navy, USMC, and Air Force
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with both Military and Civilian employees
- Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and led services
- Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations

- 8+ years of related experience in selling technology solutions to Federal Agencies (DOD or Navy Preferred)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Advanced knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
- Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior managementDesirable Requirements
