Environment Control is hiring our next long-term General Ledger Accountant to join our family. This is a rare opportunity to join our accounting department, which has an average tenure of 15+ years. This opportunity will involve daily communication with fellow accountants and owners.Minimum Requirements:A four-year accounting degree and/or equivalent experience, including 5 years of general ledger experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of the position.Skills Required:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply basic algebra and GAAP concepts to help solve accounting problems-strong computer skills, including comprehensive understanding of Excel.
