- Company vehicle with a fuel card.Job DetailsSuccessful candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years' construction heavy civil experience in the public and private sectors, and large-scale heavy civil experience is required.Experience in earthwork and underground utilities in both the public/private sectors is required. Experience in structural concrete, mechanical systems in transportation, dams/hydro, and water wastewater is welcomed. Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, managing up to 25 persons
- Experience with heavy civil projects.
- Participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies
- Ability to take direction from customers to complete tasks and meet job site goals
- Be a proactive team member to achieve a high-quality completed product for our clients
- Experience and working knowledge of heavy equipment & Trimble GPS systems
- Experience using HCSS HeavyJob & HeavySafety Requirements
