Bartlett Roofing is hiring immediately for a Commercial Roofer II in our Boise, ID office!The Commercial Roofer II is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including single-ply membranes, shingles, metal roofing, and coatings. This role involves operating and maintaining tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors while adhering to all safety requirements and protocols on the job site. The Commercial Roofer II is expected to conduct thorough inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, accurately documenting findings for both company and client records.Pay Range: $25-35/hour DOEJob Type: Full-Time, In-Office. This is not a remote position.Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in single-ply installation to NDL specs.
• 2+ years of shingle installation experience.
• 2+ years of experience inMetal Roofing installation.
• 25-50% travel required (ID, UT, OR, WA, CA)
• General Construction Knowledge (Minimum of 2 years).
• OSHA 10 Certified (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, kneel, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening.
• Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record screening.What You'll Do
  • Install various commercial roofing products, including single-ply membranes, shingles, metal roofing, and coatings.
  • Operate and maintain tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors.
  • Follow all safety requirements and protocols on the job site.
  • Conduct inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, thoroughly documenting findings for company and client records.
  • Assist with daily job site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to job timelines and ensure completion goals are met.
  • Read and execute work orders from start to finish.
  • Problem-solve and adapt to changes or challenges encountered on the job site.
  • Identify and repair leaks on various roofing systems.
  • Install, repair, and maintain roofs on commercial buildings.
  • Inspect roofs for damage and determine the most appropriate course of action.
  • Remove old roofing materials and properly prepare surfaces for new installations.Whats in it For You
