Express is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a local housing and finance clientSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $18 - $19/hour DOEResponsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and data
• Assist with other customer service duties as neededQualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
