The Judge Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a supply chain and logistics company located in the Downers Grove, IL area.Title: Compensation Analyst Location: Downers Grove, IL Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 Schedule: HybridResponsibilities:--- Conduct thorough job evaluations, market analyses, and research to inform compensation decisions and program recommendations. --- Ensuring alignment between job descriptions and actual job duties performed by employees. --- Identifying process improvement opportunities for business processes related to compensation. --- Documenting new procedures and business process workflows to enhance efficiency. --- Participating in third-party compensation surveys to benchmark our compensation practices against industry standards.
