This is rooted in EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.The opportunityWe are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. Collaborating with external clients and internal teams, you will use your strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. Harnessing our expertise in tax, assurance, transaction and risk, and by utilizing your capabilities to implement SAP, you will pave the way for innovative solutions.As a Senior Manager in the SAP practice, you will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and ensuring excellence in delivery. Your deep knowledge of SAP solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud, combined with your expertise in Datasphere and PAPM, will enable you to provide innovative solutions to our clients and expand our market presence.Your key responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the SAP practice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities to offer SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere and/or PAPM solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of EY's SAP offerings
- Drive the expansion of the SAP practice by identifying and penetrating new markets and industries
- Oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget, and timeline constraints
- Utilize SAP's new offerings on Datasphere and PAPM to enhance project delivery, offering clients advanced analytics and performance management capabilities
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and PAPM, and incorporate these insights into EY's service offerings
- Transform businesses by steering the delivery of SAP solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership by publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and leading webinars on the integration of SAP Analytics Cloud with Datasphere and PAPMTo qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Eight years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record in sales and delivery
- A strong background in SAP Analytics Cloud, with the ability to leverage it to drive business outcomes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to integrate SAP's latest innovations on Datasphere and PaPM with SAP Analytics Cloud
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%Ideally, you'll also have
- SAP certifications in relevant modules or technologies
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and digital transformation
- Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions and best practices
- Proven ability to manage and grow a consulting practiceWhat we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $169,900 to $388,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $203,900 to $441,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
