We are looking for a dynamic and career-oriented individual with strong sales focus to join us as a Director of Sales & Marketing at Moris Media. The individual will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing Strategies in their zone of operations. Additionally, the individual will also be responsible for managing, guiding, and training the Business Development Managers and other marketing positions in our growing team at Moris Media.You will have a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives by creating Digital marketing strategies and ensuring the success of Moris Media in your zone of operations.Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation in some way. You will be leading a team of staff for most operations but may have a singular role in some key strategic works. Your work will often reach all areas of the business for Moris Media.As a Director of Sales & Marketing, we expect you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual effective sales strategies, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.Business development is the identification of long-term methods to increase value through the development of relationships, markets, and customers. The core responsibility of the Director of Sales & Marketing is to grow the business by planning and implementing the day-to-day tasks and strategies to achieve this goal.The ideal candidate needs to have an analytical mindset, be an excellent communicator, have in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms, and also have the capability of leading a professional team in this highly dynamic environment.Responsibilities: - Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
