Position SummaryPrimary trade and technical support resource during APAC and EMEA trading hours (8:00PM to 4:00AM Central). First-line responder covering trading in global securities via our proprietary platform for international clients in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. This position will be mainly remote, but a hybrid work schedule may be occasionally necessary.Responsibilities - Provide 1st level, comprehensive support to trading application users.
- Handle support requests via phone, email and direct messaging, with an emphasis on timely response.
- Create, modify, and maintain user logins and account configurations within WEX systems.
- Act as primary resource for platform support bridging US/APAC/EMEA market hours and oversee a daily handoff to UK-based support staff.
- Work with vendors (Exchanges, ECNs, etc.) to resolve production issues.
- Occasionally work with developers to improve software and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain documentation of support processes, ongoing technical issues, and workarounds.
- Work on special projects as necessary.Qualifications
