What you'll do As a Product Marketing Manager at Docusign, you'll be at the forefront of driving eSignature adoption, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. Your GTM expertise will shine as you collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance segmentation, map out the customer journey, and optimize the full-funnel experience.You'll craft compelling product messaging and positioning, equip our field teams with vital content and tools, and build a strong pipeline for our portfolio. If you're a customer-focused marketer and impactful storyteller, this is your chance to create a significant impact on our growth trajectory.This role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing - eSignature.Responsibilities - Be responsible for the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of our eSignature product.
- Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth, then refine and optimize messaging based on these insights.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the way the product roadmap is prioritized, packaged, priced, and communicated.
- Partner with demand generation to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure that Sales has the right content, tools, and training to develop and close deals effectively.
- Drive usage and create expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success.
- Work with International Marketing to showcase the value of eSignature solutions in our core international regions.
- Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g., customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations, sessions, trainings, and speaking.
Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic - 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
- Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Experience understanding and simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.Preferred
- MBA from a credible school.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision.
- Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven.
Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary.Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $109,600.00 - $156,950.00 base salary.This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following: |
