Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Monitor project timelines and maintain project documentation


Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Proficiency in project management and MS Office/Google tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Jira)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English (at least Upper-Intermediate level); knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage
