If you thrive in an environment where your growth and development are encouraged and supported, then Associated Bank may be the right place for you.We invite you to view the opportunity below.Under direct supervision, work with assigned Treasury Management Officer(s) to perform detailed account analysis reviews, create pro forma statements, prepare sales presentations, request for proposal (RFP) responses and sales proposals utilizing internal and/or external tools to identify sales opportunities and needs. Responsible for supporting customers with their on-going treasury management including receipt, processing and tracking of treasury management related maintenance requests. Additional responsibility for coordination with the Client Delivery team for new sale implementations as well as population of TM related product risk reviews / forms.This person will also: - Work with Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management (CDTM) sales team to execute sales and development strategies outlined in the market's Business Plan. Provide on-going sales call preparation strategy, development, risk form creation and customer support for the CDTM sales team.
- Analyze competitive account analysis statements and create pricing documents. Prepare sales presentations and RFPs (request for proposal).
- Support the Bank's sales objectives and campaigns by cross-selling Bank products, or by referring clients to other Bank personnel responsible for such sales.
- Organize, manage and execute special projects such as report monitoring and portfolio analysis.
- Attend industry business development events for the purpose of continuing education, prospecting, and networking.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business. Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance. RequiredExperience
- Less than 2 years in Banking. RequiredLicenses and Certifications
- AAP - Accredited ACH Professional. Preferred
