Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead the creation and execution of email campaigns across the customer lifecycle
Analyze email performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in email marketing for D2C businesses, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in D2C-focused email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io
Strong background in experimentation and conversion rate optimization
