A company is looking for a Senior Firewall Network Engineer for a contract position in Atlanta, GA.



Key Responsibilities

Provide tactical planning, engineering design, and consulting for firewall infrastructure
Manage firewall policies, hardware configurations, and vulnerability management
Collaborate with Network and Security Architects to develop firewall platform architecture and strategy


Required Qualifications and Education

BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Networks (Routing and Switching)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Firewall/Security (Palo Alto, Cisco, Stonesoft/Forcepoint)
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or PCNSE are a plus More...
