Key Responsibilities

Design incentive structures and manage quotas and territories for Customer Architects and Engineers
Perform in-depth analyses to support growth initiatives and improve productivity
Develop and maintain systems, tools, and dashboards for operational insights and reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales or Field Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting in SaaS
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with BigQuery and SQL; experience with Tableau is a plus
