Key Responsibilities

Initiate and recommend best practices for clinical and nonclinical team processes
Oversee the maintenance and governance of the Clinical Operations SharePoint site
Evaluate processes for compliance with governing and NCQA requirements and implement improvements


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or 5 years of combined clinical process improvement and quality experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
Minimum 2 years of Medicare/Medicaid or healthcare experience in Utilization Management
Experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
