Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced reporting and analysis on turnover, staffing, and operational performance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to the associate lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, HR, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience compiling operational metrics from various systems
