A company is looking for a Product Integrations Lead to oversee engineering teams in building connections and automations between customer systems and the platform.



Key Responsibilities

Work with partners to understand requirements and develop workflow designs
Analyze platform performance and identify opportunities for scaling improvements
Coordinate with Engineering Managers on project planning and resource allocation


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare roles such as technical solution lead, integration architect, or product management
Experience with healthcare EDI systems like HL7 v2 or FHIR APIs is a plus
Demonstrated project and time management skills
Ability to mentor others in accountability and organizational skills
