Our Strategy and Planning team, part of our broader Sales Operations team, strives to help our Sales organization scale and grow faster. This function will act as a key business partner to the Customer Success (CS) leadership team. You will have an opportunity to embed yourself as the "COO" of that business, and your responsibilities will range across a variety of strategic initiatives including piloting and scaling up new projects, analyzing data to come up with meaningful business insights, and optimizing processes. We are looking for a senior analyst to help us build out this global function over time and drive forward initiatives that will help us unlock sales revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in data analysis to tell stories and thrives in shaping narratives that are conducive to helping our teams grow. The Opportunity As a Senior Analyst of CS Strategy and Planning, you will: - Help drive the analytical rhythm of our business including monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting, org deep dives
- Partner with CS leadership to drive market + segment specific analyses to uncover insights and emerging trends
- Efficiently pull data and derive insights based on a business problem posed
- Become an expert in understanding CS KPIs and implications on performance tracking, compensation and forecasting
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the CS team including headcount planning, territory assignments, and segmentation
