Accounting Manager - Assist the Corporate Controller in accounting functions, establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting: Ensure accuracy of reports generated from the General Ledger, including DSR's, P&L's, forecasts, and COGS reports.
  
• Financial Controls: Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures, and develop the management team to adhere to them.
  
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist in the closing process, including reconciliations and balance sheet maintenance.
  
• Licenses and Permits: Maintain a list of licenses and permits with expiration dates and renew as necessary.
  
• Payroll and Benefits: Assist in payroll functions, including benefits administration and fiduciary responsibility for financial information.
  
• Internal Controls and Audits: Monitor internal controls and audits to protect company assets.
  
• Financial Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, budgets, and financial position.
  
• Confidentiality: Exercise fiduciary responsibility to keep all financial information confidential.
