Key Responsibilities

Handle 18-30 inbound calls daily regarding enrollment inquiries, claims, and benefits
Return voicemails and follow up on enrollment and application statuses
Provide personalized support for members with renal disease in Medicare-based plans


Required Qualifications

2+ years of call center experience
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Ability to work Saturdays as needed
High School Diploma or GED More...
