Key Responsibilities

Advise on regulatory matters related to business lending and merchant cash advances
Summarise and analyse the impact of new rules and regulations
Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) overseeing suspicious financial activities


Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a regulatory and/or legal function in the fintech industry
Experience with European payments, lending, and banking issues
England & Wales qualified or equivalent legal qualification
