Job description/skills:

? Assist tax preparers with tax data entry, scanning of documents, copying, printing, general filing, and other duties as assigned

? Provide assistance and support with tracking of tax returns and a paper-less environment

? Assist in providing excellent service for tax clients during tax season



Skills Required:



? Detail oriented

? Able to follow instructions

? Computer literacy and proficiency required

? Experience with scanning documents a plus

? Experience with paperless environment a plus

? Excellent communication skills

? Able to work in a busy multi-task environment and deliver results
