Key Responsibilities

Process contractual documentation for various transactions and assist with order fulfillment
Support legal, finance, customer success, and sales departments with issues related to customers
Maintain and enhance Salesforce reporting automation systems


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant degree/experience
Experience with revenue-related activities, including renewals and sales operations
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple time-sensitive projects
Experience with Business Intelligence analytics and creating visualizations is a plus
